Our Story

Genealogy Professor developed from a passion to provide high-quality independent education to those who want to find their ancestors. Major websites often focus on getting subscribers in the door without considering that most genealogists need a variety of resources to identify the members of their family tree. Our focus is on giving researchers the tools they need, no matter where those tools are to be found. This includes not only digital materials, but the incredible resources not yet available online that can make the difference between success and failure.
